You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally whilst overseeing the provision of person-centred care to a range of vulnerable individuals across various settings with full support from our Head Office Team.

Reporting to the Registered Provider your key responsibilities will be.

  • To provide leadership to the administration, care staff and people management functions of Peak Home Assist Ltd
  • To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices.
  • To maintain the operations of Peak Home Assist Ltd at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
  • Recruitment of staff
  • Induct new starters in accordance with Peak Home Assist Ltd policy
    Lead, motivate and direct staff
  • Conduct staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all heads of department
  • Develop staff to full potential ensuring succession planning for Peak Home Assist Ltd
  • Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in Peak Home Assist Ltd

Overseeing our Care teams covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, you will require access to your own transport and in return, you will receive.
