We will work with the service user and their family to draw up a suitable and detailed care plan to ensure they receive the right type of care they require. These will include the service users background, mental and physical health, what tasks and activities the service user has difficulty with, addressing their own preferences such as their likes and dislikes. We can then evaluate the right care package for them.
