    Responsibilities

    • Managing a team of Healthcare assistants
    • Rostering staff
    • Auditing, monitoring and evaluating the care delivered
    • Meeting service users and family to devise a suitable care plan to fit the necessary needs
    • Visiting service users to check on care received and documenting accordingly

    A bit about me

    I have worked in health and social care for over 21 years. My career began in the mental health services, where I spent 11 years of my career. Following on from this I have worked in a GP Surgery & other homecare companies, before working at Peak Home Assist (this is where my heart lies).

    • I spend a lot of time with families and friends
    • I have three children and two grandchildren with another on the way
    • I love getting away in this country so we can enjoy a holiday with our lovely dogs
